Today I am trying to win a laptop for my nine year old son that we lovingly refer to as "The Professor". He's a hardcore environmentalist and would love this laptop because it's also a tablet and we would no longer have to buy notebooks (we homeschool). This really appeals to him. I have no idea how to add a button so I'll just post a link:

I really wanted to blog, but it's hard to do without internet. We didn't have internet for a long time. And we can only get dial up where we live. So, I don't get on the computer very often. I do however get online with my phone. ;o) I'm not sure if I can blog with my phone, but I will try. Not sure how much I'll enjoy typing with such a tiny keyboard though.
And what will I blog about? Hmm, maybe my 9 year old little professor or my 2 year old wild child. There really is never a dull moment around here. My boys keep me busy.

Starbucks quote #247
Why in moments of crisis do we ask God for strength and help? As cognitive beings, why would we ask something that may well be a figment of our imagination for guidance? Why not search inside ourselves for the power to overcome? After all, we are strong enough to cause most of the catastrophes we need to endure.

One of my resolutions for the new year was to finally start this blog, so here it is February 18, 2008 and I am finally starting it. I do claim to be *the* Queen of Procrastination after all.
I chose the name seeking satori because I am. Satori means enlightenment and well, I am seeking it. I know how to find it, I just procrastinate in doing so.
You know what's pathetic? I started this yesterday and didn't get post it so I had to come back and change the date. LOL
